Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Please note for custom designs we allow for 3 revisions on the initial renders and 1 revision on the model. This is intended to make sure once the mold is made it is done correctly. As such we unfortunatly do not take returns on finalised custom designs but for our retail partners all returns are free of charge and for any purchases of existing designs returns will be accepted for unburned candles.
How long do the candles take to make?
For retail partners or existing designs we hold stock and hand and as such they are immediatly avaliable. For corporate gifting, wedding and customised designs we can make about 1 candle a day per mold. So for example if you need 50 candles in 2 weeks this is 10 working days and will require making 5 molds to meet a 2 week deadline.
Can I customise everything about the candle?
Yes from the scent to the colour to the actual design (writing on the candle or the actual shape) including the coaster, you can customise it all to your liking. For scents though we will refer you to a reputable supplier so that you can choose the scent you like and once identified we can order and add the scent to your candle. We find peoples preferences are eclectic and as such we do not hold scents in stock. As such scents will incur an additional charge and colours a marginal additional charge.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally at unit 18, Kya Sands Industrial Village, 22 Elsecar Street, Kya Sands, Johannesburg. This also serves as our offices.
Can we ship anywhere in SA?
Yes we can. For orders in South Africa we make use of MDS Collivary and will obtain a quote from them depending on the size of your order. We do not charge a markup on top of their shipping rates. For retail sales we will charge a standard R150 to JHB, CT, PTA and Durbs as CBDs. For orders outside of metros we will charge the rate provided by MDS. You also have the option of collection from our factory.
